Is cleaning included in the stay?

Yes, final cleaning is included. Extra cleaning during your stay can be booked at an additional cost.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Yes, all apartments include clean bed linen and towels that are changed regularly. Extra sets can be ordered at an additional cost.

Is there Wi-Fi in the apartments?

Yes, all our apartments have free high-speed Wi-Fi. All information such as name and password will be sent to you before arrival.

Is it possible to get a cot (bed for children) in the apartment?

Yes, we can offer a cot (bed for children) in most of our apartments. Just let us know in advance and we'll make sure it's in place for your arrival.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we offer parking for our guests. When booking, you will receive information about parking options for your stay.

Are there laundry facilities in the apartments?

Yes, most of our apartments are equipped with a washing machine. Please check the apartment's facilities before booking.

What happens if something goes wrong during my stay?

Our team is ready to help you with any issues. You can contact us via chat, phone or email between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays, and between 10:00 and 18:00 on weekends.

For emergencies outside of these hours, our call center can be reached by calling our phone number.

Booking

How do I book an apartment?

You can easily book an apartment through our website or through one of our partners such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Hotels.com etc.

You can also contact us directly for assistance at booking@totalapartments.no.

How does payment work?

Payment can be made by credit card when ordering. All payment details are provided during the order process.

Our partners may offer other payment options.

Is it possible to cancel or change my order?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the apartment and the booking conditions. Check your booking confirmation or contact us for details.

Check-in and check-out

How does key issuance work at self-check-in?

We use digital locks and you will receive a unique code for both the apartment and the main entrance before arrival. This code is replaced after each stay for security.

In some units we use key boxes and you will receive detailed instructions on how to retrieve the key before arrival.

What is the check-in time?

Standard check-in time is 15:00. We can be flexible depending on availability, so please contact us in advance if you wish to check in earlier.

What is the check-out time?

Check out is no later than 11:00. If you need to check out later, please contact us in advance to arrange this.

How does check-in work if I arrive late?

All our units offer self check-in, so you can check in any time after 15:00.

All necessary information, including your personal access code, is sent to you in advance.

What do I do if my code doesn't work?

If the code for the apartment or main entrance does not work, please try again and make sure you are using the correct code.

If the problem persists, contact us immediately by phone or chat and we will help you with a new code or further instructions.

Do you offer luggage storage?

Yes, we offer luggage storage in most of our units.

You can easily add luggage storage as an additional service in our guest portal.

Transport & activities

Do you have recommendations for tourist activities?

Yes, we have lots of great recommendations for what to do in the area! Tromsø is known for its spectacular scenery, Northern Lights, whale watching, hiking and cultural experiences.

Is there transportation from the airport to the apartment?

There are both bus and taxi options from Tromsø Airport to our units.

We will send you advice on the best bus connection when you book.

Where can I find information about public transport and taxis?

For information about bus routes in Tromsø, please visit Troms county traffic (Svipper). The buses cover most parts of the city and surrounding areas. For taxis, you can contact Tromsø Taxi by phone 00 47 77 60 30 00 or use their app for booking.
