With us, you as a guest should feel taken care of and safe. We focus on short response time and high availability. The motto is "With the guest in focus". 

TotalApartments is one of Northern Norway's largest rental companies. We mainly focus on the short-term rental market and have homes in various segments and sizes. There should be something for every need and every request.

We have 120 active units, an increase of around twice that number is under development over the next two years. All TotalApartments' units are of a high standard and characterize us as a player. In terms of size, there is a wide range from 19 to 500 square meters to choose from. All apartments are modern, fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need.

Bed linen, towels and weekly laundry are included in the price.

Rent of our apartments

It is designed to make both short-term and long-term residents feel at home with us. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to cook when it suits you. If you want to do your laundry, there is a washing machine in all our studios and apartments.

Maybe you've had an active day on vacation or are traveling for work and want to relax in the comfort of your own home? Maybe you need a place to stay when you're renovating your home? Or maybe you have visitors from outside and need a little extra space? We have the solution!

All units have high-speed Wi-Fi.

TotalApartments started in 2018 and today has an organization with its own disciplines in management, finance, IT, interior design, cleaning and operations personnel.
